There are absolutely no instructions in the download, it's just the dlc.rpf file. If you're going to update the file structure of the mod, at least have the decency to change the info about how to install the mod. Completely wasted my time on a wild goose chase for something that the mod author neglected. Can't even get it to work with the add-on vehicle spawner because hardly any of the aircraft have manufacturers to add to the .cfg. Extremely shoddy work from someone that appears so professional.
