@B5tm5nn I'm not entirely sure, I think it was something like GTA5.exe, GTA5Launcher.exe and steam_api64.dll. After deleting those I went back to steam, right click on GTA 5 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Check Integrity. That will redownload the files and after that it magically worked for me.
@Bits2 Yea I have ScriptHook V installed (trainer works) and the log file says this mod has loaded too, just have the same issue as a lot of others here that we can't seem to get into the drone. Holding right stick just looks behind you.. I tried going to an older version of GTA too, but no luck :(
Same here as @kermittt and @ejrolyat . Right stick and all it does it look behind, nothing happens. According to asi log file it loaded. Downloaded both mod and scripthookV today (clean install with 100% save)

Not sure why, but deleted the exe and steam dll, checked file integrity and magically it now works. Awesome!

I must add, this was with an Xbox One controller
