For those using the ped version, this mod is best used with my COD US MIL-SIM voice pack here, which replaces GTA's military voices with the MIL-SIM operators in MW 2019 and MWII!:

Might want to revise your description, @laoxigua, as it currently reads, "...for the Zimo Character MOD from Call of Duty in the 'DELTA FORCE' Series."
He's just from MWII / Warzone 2, not Delta Force.

@keicarlover Let me know what step(s) you got stuck on when following my description. If I had to guess and you were installing the ped version, you didn't add the line to the dlclist.xml.
