Wow! No exaggeration — mods this polished are one of a kind! I kept saying “whoa, whoa” the whole time I was exploring it. Absolutely blown away, man.
But I ran into one bug: back by the pool behind the building, the NPCs disappear. They only pop into view once I walk right up to their spot.
Also a small suggestion: it would be awesome if every seat had working sit animations.

@LouieDevs Extension is fine too, but I currently don't have the actual Pelico Island itself, so... what I want is the actual thing... not sure if that's possible...
