This mod is awesome in every way. However I do have some fatal problems.
First problem: The garage part for each apartment can get really trippy sometimes. For example, you go to one garage and its fine, all cars are lined up perfectly. But then afterwards, lets say, you close and reopen the game, the garage gets really messy, filled with different vehicles that you bought while you re at the garage.
Second of all, vehicles that are featured for the biker's gang update (1.36 DLC) cannot be used once its out of the garage, especially if you paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, and even millions of dollars, for vehicles featured in the biker's gang DLC. Such problem would be imminent if you don't have the proper DLC and the version accompany with it, but this is what happened to me EVEN WHEN I PROPERLY UPDATED THE GAME TO 1.36, WITH THE BIKERS GANG DLC FILE IN IT.
Third of all, once you start play the game and enter the garage/the apartment you bought, the helperSPA file disappears. which is nothing but weird considering the fact that it is a component file to ensure the smooth operation of the SPA mod, I assume.
If you can answer these questions as soon as possible, I will be nothing but grateful. Thank you for making this amazing mod, and have a nice day.
@hennysmafter Also, As much As I like and appreciate your mod, I also noticed a little bug - when I try to switch from one character to another (Michael to Trevor), there is no problem.
But When I switch my character back (for example, Trevor back to Michael), the game will crash and stop working. Please explain why. Thank you :)
@hennysmafter Hello, I am a long time fan of GTA V and I have heard that your mod is very good so I decided to give it a try. I followed every single step on your installation tutorial, which means that I have ScripthookV, ScripthookV.net and Scripthook in LUA, plus the microsoft .net framework and the c++ visual 2015.
I downloaded this mod with several mods already in the game such as Garage Mod, Native Trainer, Ambiance mod, OpenIV, and nicefly (a mod in which makes you fly like superman). When I placed this mod I opened the game to no hiccup, but when I begin to use this mod I just cannot gain access to the interior except the real estate agent building. Even in the real estate agent building I cannot buy the house I wanted as I cannot gain access to its interior. Please tell me if there is anything wrong within my game or my installation method.
Also before i downloaded and installed this mod I deleted the open all interior mod in the first place. I also changed the setting from "false" to "true". Please give me a solution. Thank you very much.
One more question, does the mod only works for Steam/Legit DVD version, or it also works for Reloaded (Crack) Version?

@1kConquer SAME HERE! IF THE AUTHOR CAN FIX IT THAT WOULD BE GREAT! THE MOD WORKED PERFECTLY IN OLDER VERSIONS.
Is this mod working with single player apartment? BTW I love this mod.
