@Corentin21@charles10241 If you want to use it without ELS just install the model like you usually would. ELS file is just for people who like to use ELS.
PS: File unpublished, as the modified version submitted by GTA5-MODS moderators does not work, because the original model must be modified to remove police lightbar & other features. Until a new version gets published there will be no download link! Sorry.
