Where are you criticized? I've just tell you everything that you have done wrongly, unfortunately, as you can see, there is a lot of things you made wrongly. And no, that is not "best way to put this type of clothing", you can do skirts in "lowr" perfectly fine, it is just more work to do and you have to know how to do it properly, so and you putting it in "accs" kinda means you are just doing it in shortcut way.
For me, more logically way is to do it properly and then upload, instead of uploading and then fixing things. What if nobody considered writing you what you've made wrongly? I guess we would never see any updates.

Your all mods which are already uploaded, all of them have similiar "issues" i.e bad vertex color, bad LODs, bad specular map, bad normal map. Sometimes even wrong category, why this skirt is in "accs" when it should be in "lowr" to be considered as "done properly"?
Please just learn how to do things and then upload it. Many of users which are downloading all of these mods don't know basics either, and then they will keep thinking that it is GTA fault and it must look like shit, they won't know there is possibility to do it better.
Oh, so we can see another person that is adding a lot of mods, unfortunately all these mods are not even worth if anybody does care about quality not quanity, and of course you instantly created discord with mods to get as much money you can while selling shit. I've checked like 5-10 your free mods and all of them had wrong vertex paint, you are lying in your description about LODs, some of your work indeed has LODs, sometimes it's same model but sometimes it actually has lower poly count. In some of your models you didn't even delete original normal/specular map.
Honestly, please do some research and at least do some mods just for yourself to get some skill and then post them to public and sell.
