@CRYPTO805 Hi, after you put the file in GTA V folder - start the game. Press F7 for the Map Editor Menu and go to LOAD MAP then choose FILE CHOOSER and a list should pop up. Just scroll for a little bit and you will find the file "racing complex_1.1". When you found it, press enter and it will take about 30 seconds to load. If you still have problems, maybe try to reinstall Map Editor. If that doesn't work as well, message me with screenshots so that I could help you!
