@TRDOffroad97 i got the menu to work finally but after entering the car is not showing up in the menu so i thought lets try adding it to dlclist still nothing then i thought well maybe it's the extratitleupdatedata added them there aswell back on gta still nothing then i tried to edit the gameconfig still nothing. which car am i trying to add. f1concept check it on this site now i changed the vehiclemakename which was the same as model to super so i entered as followed.
@RichtofensFox open menu is in the ini file. it should be F8 you can change it to anything
tried the f1concept but the vehicle name and model name are exactly the same. i guess this mod is not working with that. i got it to work on my older system
@TRDOffroad97 did you add your cars to dlclist? i get some formula one cars but the model name and name are the same but when i tried to enter this car for example formula1-formula model 2014/formula1 the list doesnt appear?
1. windows 10 already has Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64
2. I got the Community Script Hook V .NET
3. everything is in the Scripts folder.
4. SinglePlayerApartment is not loading because it requires the same 4.5.2

@TRDOffroad97 all those problems you mentioned. i do not have a single one of them never will because my pc is ultra high end and will stay so untill i'm out of money :P
about privacy concerned everything can be tracked even if your using windows 7 or any other windows. so if your bothered that your being tracked by your own goverment then why not throw away your laptop throw away your smartphone. Hell i would even throw away my ID card and never renew it because of privacy issue's.

good job at maintaining your pc. not really. everyone who knows windows 10 is made for gaming and windows 7 is not easily enough. i had windows 8 and 7 before but windows 10 made my gaming experience way better. the things you say are none based facts.

@ImNotMentaL it will never work. because your using a older system.. windows 7 is way slower then windows 10. i can disable everything, still wont work unless you go into registry and remove 4.6.3 but then we have another issue windows 10 does not support 4.5.2
