@SquibOnAcid I have both the ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI files installed through the GTA mod manager and have been able to install other mods like crime and police re-balance fine. For some reason it's only the booby mod which re-downloads the files :(
Cannot get this to work, it just keep re-downloading the common.rpf when I launch. It is defiantly the common.rpf in Drive:\Programs\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V folder right? I've tried just replacing the file like the instructions said, as well as rebuilding common.rpf within openiv but the same thing happens either way.
