You're using the Simple Jobs mod you made, and working on the farm earned $14 an hour, up to $112 for up to 8 hours. I went to the motel for a break because I was tired, but the motel fee was 200 dollars, so I couldn't take a break, so I am writing a comment here.
Either raising the hourly wage or lowering the motel accommodation price....
