@vecuccio Thank you very much! I'd forgotten I posted here. It was actually my VPN was blocking the download. Once I figured this out, it was very easy to temporarily disable my VPN to download the files from this site. Thanks a lot, and perhaps the VPN info will help another modder some day.
is this mod making me take more damage? i can't even beat the second mission right now because Lamar gets killed in one shot and I get killed in two shots... From a weak handgun!

game crashes with waypoint. FATAL script hook error, just as player before me mentioned.
also, game crashes with custom amount of weapon slots. i do not know how to make new weapon wheel panel and indicator .png files.
can i download a package somewhere with more images for the "wheel" folder in /pickups?
Removing DamageEngini.asi and .ini solved my previous problem.
Is it possible to adjust max ammo for some weapons? I love everything about the mod except some of the max ammo amounts...

The download is not working for Script Hook. It simply opens a link to another URL but not a download. Tried for the last 30 minutes to download it.
