Handling Fix for tigbel's 2002 35th Anniversary Camaro 1

Hello!
This is my first file I have ever uploaded to this site, and I present to you:
Handling fix for tigbel's 2002 35th Anniversary Camaro.
There was an issue with this car flipping after essentially every turn, even at low speeds with terrible braking that was never fixed. But this fix aims to neuter the problems with the original handling and make it drivable. (Braking is still iffy, but it is improved. Will continue to work with and fix it as much as possible.)
Instructions are provided within the downloaded folder.
