Installation:
For carbon version, Put handling.meta in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/agerarsc/dlc.rpf/data/ using openiv
Or if you have the normal paint version: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/agerars/dlc.rpf/data/ (also use OpenIV)
Open GTA V and use a Spawner to spawn the car. (Agerars)

Just going fast isn't called good handling
@GENERALPROTIK I'm suprised that these so called good/realistic handling mods gets a pass, but my handling mods with good handling gets denied.
