Hello everyone I present to your attention the handling.meta for the 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) from MrEverest :

I tried to improve the smoothness of the steering a bit for playing with the keyboard. I also adjusted the acceleration time to the real ones (based on the stopwatch in the phone)))
It's better to use scripts to play with this handling (the files .xml are included in the archive):

The behavior of the car, the control settings were made based on my subjective feelings and description on the Internet. I don't pretend to be realistic at all.
Install: go to mods → update → x64 → dlcpacks → bnr34 → dlc.rpf → data and replace handling.meta (backup original file incase you want to go back)
