Good tuning parts idea

Reminds me of Yugo Sana. Or what the natural design progression would be for a Yugo in general. Come to think of it looks like one of their concepts. I have pics somewhere, now if I only know where I put them...

@Canadian mods u what to do when tuning parts does not work in game? I also changed the number kits in carcols.meta and carvariations.meta.

@zorrozol probably the addon isn't compatible with your game so what I would do is to put this mod's yft and ytd files in an addon which its tuning parts work for you and then add the 131's tuning codes into the carcol of the new addon
