in-game menu to enable or disable scripts and plugins. adds the '.disabled' extension to scripts and plugins to prevent them from loading, and removes it to enable them again. scripts can be reloaded in-game, while '.asi' plugins need a game restart

🚀 Setup
- put 'ScriptPluginControl.dll' into your 'scripts/' directory
- if it isn't set already, configure 'ReloadKeyBinding' in 'ScriptHookVDotNet.ini' (e.g. 'ReloadKeyBinding=F5')
- configuration file is created on first load ('ScriptPluginControl.ini')
🎮 Controller
- open menu: RB + D-Pad Down
- reload scripts: press 'X' while in the menu
⌨️ Keyboard
- open menu: F8
- reload scripts: press 'Space' while in the menu
