@The Old CJ I didn't mean to come off as rude when I asked, I was just curious..just tested it myself and couldn't replicate the issue where it gets dark when selecting a specific time. As for the no_rain parameter, you can't use it to turn off the rain..changing it doesn't make any difference so it might be deactivated (you can test this in your mods folder). If you want to remove the rain completely, you have to set the "Rain value" to 0 in the weather.xml!

@onepunch99 It's 99% not because of RE and 2.0 has just been broken since the update..I can't rule out a crash caused by your hardware or mods. I can take a look at your crashcontext.log and .dmp files, then I'll know more

@gtav-fan need more info, but I´m pretty sure your cpu is bottlenecking. Close background apps and keep lowering the values until it stops stuttering (3.80, 3.60, etc.)
