So, I downloaded this script and am new to it. However, on controller, it is L1 instead of R1. I don't know if this is because I downloaded version 1 and that version 3 would have the updated controlls. How would I change the button to use it?

@RecentModes you can change the keys in the ini file. Here is a reference for the keys: https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/controls/

@SilkTeam Hey, may I wonder if you'd have an idea of how to make Darkseid's Omega Beam possible in GTA V? Like I totally understand how hard it can be since it would need laser effect to bend in various directions somehow, such stuff might be impossible even for JulioNIB, but maybe it could use some other effect which could be "segmented" to be possible to change direction. Either way, I gave you food for thought, and if you eventually come up with some ideas, it would be great)

@OkaymanXXI thanks for the idea. That will be hard to do. Especially because the beam zigzags in different directions. I could maybe do it with a trail effect in slowmotion.

@SilkTeam I realize that you have been making some pretty cool mods recently with animations and stuff and I was wondering if you could maybe make a karate style melee combat mod. I feel this would be possible with your use of animations and would be really epic since no one has really done that for GTA V. Just an idea and great mod!!

@azzman_01 No, it isn't. People are always making this mistake. Superman's heat vision burns, Cyclops optic beam applies force, like a push or a punch. Haven't even used this mod yet but I appreciate that SilkTeam actually understood the difference and applied it. I effing registered just to post this damn comment lmao probably wasn't even worth it

@Peve yeah it was cuz honestly from the videos it just looks like the laser explodes cars, like superman's does and other shit like that. might have the tiniest bit of difference. I guess this was just made for the fanbase lmao since I don't expect anyone else to really notice or care for that matter

For people that are having issues it's because the config file has incorrect button inputs...it should look like this (worked for me on controller)

@azzman_01 I understand what you mean but the two do have a difference in general and ingame.......like the superman mods heat vision always blows up cars but it melts it first then blows up (unless you use the super heat vision blast) but cyclops mods laser vison blows it up then pushes it with its intense force (yes they can blow up easier but if shot in the back of the vehicle it takes a bit longer sometimes to blow up and gets pushed by the beam)......heat vision only sets peds on fire while laser vision pushes them with alot of kinetic force pushing them back instead.......while they are similar they are different in general and ingame, different enough to justify having this mod exist and Im glad that it does

plus personally I care because of the differences and that you can't flip then traverse using heat vision like the cyclops mods laser vision like cyclops from the new xmen 97 series
