I can tell because you're telling me not to Draw the markers ever frame, which is not possible. They HAVE to be drawn every frame or they flicker.

Watch the video linked, everything works fine.
It seems you got conflicting mods or a heavily modified game.

try installing menyoo and seeing if that fixes the issue.

@ComeFlyWithMe Mod works fine, just some people have alot of conflicting mods that heavily modify the game.
