@Greenwood the .ydr is made with the blender addon Sollumz, use latest codewalker rpf explorer to look at the .ydr.
Sollumz export doesn't work in OpenIV.

Thank you so much for making this fix! However, for some reason, my self radio goes missing with this mod enabled. I tried moving my mp3 files to the Rockstar directory in appdata/local and doing a music rescan, but only reverting from this mod brings my self radio back. I'm only playing in SP free roam. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This is the only place I can find that mentions this problem with a fix. Much appreciated. However, when I install this mod it makes many other well known big mods not work like HK's business mods and enable all interiors.

I think the installation guide should be a bit more specific.
the franklininterior folder should be put in the dlcpacks
in this directory:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and that the dlclist.xml should be said that it requires OpenIV to access.

people having trouble to install it for SP:

1. make a folder named "franklininterior" in "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
2. Copy "dlc.rpf" into "franklininterior"
3. Go to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
4. Edit "dlclist.xml" and put the string "<Item>dlcpacks:/franklininterior/</Item>" on the bottom
