Just a simple garage located in the east of los santos.
FiveM Installation:
Requires gamebuild 2545 or more recent!
1. Drag and drop the folder into your resources. And "ensure fruzze_garage_ls" it in your server.cfg.

SP- Install
Copy and paste the folder (simple_garage) to the directory.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
And put this line in dlclist.xml ''simple_garage''

Btw is it possible to keep those gates to that area open? Would make the overall experience much better than having to drive thru closed gates :x
