I was trying to find a building to do so I chose YellowJack. Please make sure you have everything Downloaded properly. I also Added my prop list of everything that I have. Hope you all enjoy.
Mods I used for this was map:

Map updates pack [SiprusPack]
Follow his video if your not sure how to do it go to the pictures and at the end he has a video on how to do it. You MUST have this mod for it to show the props i used.

Please follow His instructions and go to his patreon and download GameConfig Package and click where it says download 1.07.*** You should have one that says community props and the other one GC-package1.03 that's a zipped file, Both need to go into OPENIV***

4.) Drop XML file in

Installation SINGLEPLAYER:
1.) Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
2.) Open OpenIV, install it if you don’t have it already
3.) *****Make sure you go into edit mode*****
4.) Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
5.) Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV
