Get OpenIV and open up the relationships.dat in common.rpf replace with my file...
make sure you backup your relationships.dat or anything else you edit

Cops now hate all gangs,Biker Gang Hates country peds,Gangs hate cops...
Gangs will fight each other in groups if you stand near spawn locations...

Gangs spawn near each other and increase the number of all gangs..(i wanna see the low key gangs more active) Gangs are all over the city and you will see them fighting...Police will come but they are based more on real world patterns...

The point of this mod is to make the gangs feel like gangs, not just props..
You shouldnt be able to roll into rival territory and nothing happen...
Not to make the whole city chaos,but to make the hood feel more like the hood...
For cop lovers, backup the other cops when you role play..i plan to make more cops active so they fight the gangs more...

Big problem
I changed my skin to a CGF and yet they still randomly attack me please fix?

Don't you guys know by now that you run a risk of messing up your game when you download and install any of these mods on this site. Instead of coming on here and trash talking the modders, ask yourself if you made a backup copy of your vanilla gtav. I know I did, I know many others on here did, pretty sure it's been said all over the place to make sure you backup any files before modding.

hey hate when im running from police and i am not in the hood anymore and they spawn in cars on every corner wherever i go is kinda op i don't even understand why that's necessary. please help i am only using active gang mod and i leave the hood they spawn all over the world that's to much
your mod is op man i cant walk 10 feet without it turning into a death match game its ridiculous please turn it down a notch on the spawn
@ii.saif.ii i have the same problem and i cant seem to find a fix. there was a point where it was more toned down but some how this mod accelerates the spawns over time idgi

Pretty sure the less cops thing does the exact opposite. Getting 11-12 cops on me for single star events...
@mogulencio .dat back-up is both way too unreliable and complicated. I recommend you create a copy of the whole big file - what kind of big is just at the level from which you cannot access normally.

Works well. Had some issues originally, definitely, backup relationships.dat and popcycle.dat before editting.
Also found the best way to get this working is completely ignore install instructions, and install both files into your Mods folder. :)
(Was great to load up the game, and as soon as I loaded in on the beach, a bunch of guys in polo shirts were beating the crap out of each other, rofl! This should also work well with LSPDFR I'm thinking.)
Thanks for this mod, I tweaked settings to my liking and merged it with other mods I have, it works nice :)

Well reading the comments its a 50%50 deal personally im tired of safe streets so ill give it a shot!
