1. Open OpenIV
2. Open the Update Folder
3. Open the Update.rpf
4. Open the Common Folder
5. Open the data Folder
6. Replace the visualsettings.dat with my Ones.
7. Click File and Rebuild
8. Click on Rebuild again and wait until its done.
9. Enjoy Bright Blue Neon nearly everyway.

Nice, but I personally think the blue is too intense. I've made these two. I'd say this level of intensity is ideal:

This mod is great.. But seemed to have ruined traffic lights colour. Do you have backup of visualsettings.dat ??
