Supereasy Cops + Hardcore Cops 1.3

I know people think the cops are already hard, but this is something to make them even harder (If you want that) INSTALLATION: You need openIV, go to edit mode then go to update/update.rpf/common/data/ai then replace combatbehavior.meta with the one from me. (Don't forget to rename the file to combatbehavior.meta first!) I am not responsible for any re installation of the game BACK UP DATA FIRST

-Changed Weapon shoot rate to 1.5 instead of 1.0
-Changed time between burst in cover to 1.15 not 1.35
-Changed time between peeks to 5.00 instead of 10.00 seconds
-Changed strafe while moving chance up to 1.5 instead of 1.0
-Changed walk while strafing chance to 0.5 instead of 0.0

-Changed SWAT and army to same values (except accuracy changed that to .19)

-Added Supereasy cops, basically makes them have no weapons :P

@topeira strafe while moving changes the chance they move left and right while walking, and walk while strafing makes the strafe while moving chance better
I can't think of anyone who wants the supereasy version.
Cops without weapons are really boring. Too easy = not fun.

By the way, you should really include backups of combatbehaviour.meta and loadouts.meta for people who want to uninstall this mod.
