During the citywide Los Santos blackouts, the nearby Bolingbroke Penitentiary was ready when everything went dark due their auxiliary power. However, an unexpected explosion knocked out their backup generators, leading to a full-blown riot. Prison staff was instructed to evacuate however the nurses were captured by the inmates.
A large portion of the rioters seem to be members of the “Share Your Smile” prison program. Due to the prison reform program prisoners were tasked with creating a mask that is supposed to represent how they see themselves. Most prisoners didn’t take the program seriously once they realized they could draw a smiley face and get a passing grade for the program. For whatever reason the rioting inmates won’t remove their masks and even stranger, for those who make it outside the prison’s walls, they get rid of their prison uniforms, but they don’t remove their masks. Riot cops call them "Smileyz" and they are a greater threat than the Warden or local authorities realize.
This mod is a continuation of my previous Manhunt hunters remake.
Included in this mod is several types of prison clothes, including short sleeve tops, full body coveralls, along with tucked t-shirts and tank tops. A torn floral dress is included. Several pants styles were added like tied prison pants, prioson pants with leg armor, and sagged prison pants. A torn skirt was added as well. A new full Smileys mask was added with several texture variants to go alongside the existing broken Smileys mask.
Install:
Drop the "mpsmileys" file in your mods directory and add the dlcpacks:/mpsmileys/ line to your dlc list.
