Hey R4, it's a good mod, but I've recently ran into some issue, I can't seem to find the hats anywhere, even in the hat's section, I've installed the mpclothes to expand the section but only to 25 and still couldn't find it. Will you have any idea why this happened and help me? Because I truly wants to enjoy the fun time.
What game trainer do I need to enable in single-player mode?
@ARVNmodplease Sorry, this is late, but I had the same issue. I found using https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/pedprop-limit-adjuster fixed my issue.

@ARVNmodplease Glad I could help. When I was having this issue, I was pulling what I had left of my hair out lol. While talking to a few people, someone mentioned the prop limit adjuster, and I tried it, and it worked.
