Flashing Highlights [V1.0 - Xbox Controller R1 & Keyboard Version]

Description
This lightweight lua script lets you make the headlights on any car flash! Realistic high beams, without glitching or resetting your vehicle's headlights stock settings. fully compatible with custom Add-On cars and emergency vehicles!
Features
- Dual Input Support: Trigger the high-beam flash using Q on your keyboard or R1/RB.
-Anti-Hibernation Fix: Bypasses the RAGE Engine daytime sleep mode that disables high beams after 40 seconds of inactivity.
(During the day, the flashing of lights will be less powerful than at night because of GTA V's Daytime Mode)
- Enhanced Brightness: Forces a 3.0x light multiplier during the flash frame countdown for a distinct, sharp look.
-Zero D-Pad Conflicts: Leaves your D-Pad directional controls completely free from bugs or unwanted blinker activations.

This mod requires:
1. The LUA Plugin
2. Script Hook V to be installed in your game.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download and install the official LUA Plugin wrapper from GTA5-Mods:

2. Navigate to your main Grand Theft Auto V directory.
3. Locate the scripts folder and open the addins subfolder.
- Path layout: Grand Theft Auto V /scripts / addins /
4. Place your flashinghighlights.lua file directly inside that folder:
- scripts / addins / (put here flashinghighlights.lua)
5. Launch the game, step into your favorite vehicle, and enjoy realistic flashing highlights with (Q) or (R1)!
How to Customize Controls (Keyboard & Controller)
If you want to change the binding keys, you can easily edit the flashinghighlights.lua file using any text editor like Notepad. Open the file and look for this specific section:
