Too bad it's only a texture for the hoodie. The big, baggy hoodie from GTA IV was what I liked about the models. Awesome.

Not so realistic tho'. There wouldn't be many cops there. He's in the hood. If he's dead- he's dead. Only ones there could be paramedics.

Thank You, @Caz Modding , but I already solved it. This mod conflicted with the Simple Passenger Mod ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-passenger-mod )
