@EL_Greco I'm pretty sure all the dlc in GTA 5 are just updates and if there were any new cars with the recent update then no, but anything else should work.
@Pumplex Sorry mate, but you know how it is with the internet now a days. You can't be too careful when it comes to downloading files from people you don't know.

@Thund3rTw0nk No, I think the launchers on the retail version are different than the steam version i.e need to use steam to launch GTA 5, Sorry man.

@specter540 In you GTA 5 folder there's another folder called installers. What's inside your folder?

@EL_Greco I have the steam version and you should be able to use the new dlc unless it's linked to the new update.
