@ReNNie Hi ReNNie,
I've updated the mod description and added the changelog for version 2.0, mentioning the fix for the reported .OIV installer issue.
Everything should be correct now. Thank you for your help and patience!
@MrLobak Can you send me a screenshot of your error via Discord? I'll prepare another installation method tailored to your specific problem.
@Ambatron fuad The Ducati Multistrada exists as a mod for GTA V; I might be able to bring the Kawasaki Versys in the future.
@swaggerkaj Hey there, buddy!
Changing the USAF logo to the original BMW logo is actually quite simple! Here's how you can do it for both **FiveM and Single Player (dlc.rpf)**.
**For FiveM:**
1. Open the motorcycle's resource folder and locate the **.YTD** texture file inside the `stream` folder.
2. Open the .YTD file using OpenIV and enable **Edit Mode**.
3. Find and export the texture containing the USAF logo.
4. Open it in Photoshop or any other image editing software.
5. Download the original **BMW logo in PNG format with a transparent background**.
6. Place the BMW logo over the USAF logo, keeping the same position and dimensions.
7. Save the modified texture and import it back into the .YTD file.
**For Single Player (dlc.rpf):**
1. Open OpenIV and enable **Edit Mode**.
2. Navigate to the motorcycle's **dlc.rpf** file and locate the .YTD texture file inside the DLC archive.
3. Open the .YTD and export the texture containing the USAF logo.
4. Edit it in Photoshop, replacing the USAF logo with the BMW logo while maintaining the original dimensions and positioning.
5. Save the edited texture and import it back into the .YTD file.
6. Save your changes, and you're done!
**Alternatively, if you're not familiar with texture editing**, feel free to find me on our Discord server and open a support ticket. I'll be more than happy to provide you with a **BMW-branded version of the motorcycle** as well, if you'd like!
Thanks for your interest, and enjoy the mod! :)
@xXcalvin54Xx That's right, bro! Hahaha. I simply named him "Blue Monster" to avoid potential copyright issues on FiveM servers, since the mod is also intended for FiveM. Glad you like it! 😄
@Ambatron fuad That's correct, my friend!
You can find the original 3D model used for the conversion, along with its credits, in the description.
This particular model is part of the **BEYOND CONCEPTS military pack**, which we developed approximately a year ago. We're now sharing some of our work with the GTA V modding community as a way to contribute and support fellow modders.
Cheers, and thanks for your interest!
@CRoyce Hahahahaha
@GTAtietumoxing I'll definitely check them out! Keep up the great work and keep contributing to the community, my friend! If I weren't so focused on creating content for FiveM, I'd love to contribute a little something to the community myself!
Sending you a big hug, buddy!
I'll give you 5 stars for the effort, but keep in mind that you've applied reflective shaders to surfaces that shouldn't be reflective, such as the leather parts of the seats. Try using an **"interior" or "mesh" shader** instead. If those surfaces still look too shiny, switch to **"default" or "normal"**, as those shaders generally don't produce that kind of shine.
Also, I'd recommend **doing the UV mapping yourself and assigning the correct materials manually**. It's quite noticeable that the motorcycle comes from an AI-generated 3D model website, and that the UV mapping was also generated by AI.
All the best, my friend! I'm sure you'll improve. Try releasing a **V2 with properly configured materials and UV mapping**, and I can guarantee it'll look much better.
Keep up the good work!
Create it for FiveM too, it's a waste that something so good is only for SinglePlayer.
