turns out the mod only works for me when im in a vechicle then peds can bleed and get damage form explosions but when i leave it instantly stops working
Does somebody know how to fix an issue that when i shoot or something explodes killing or injuring peds it doesnt work but when ped falls or gets hit by a vechicle the mods magically works
