@63eg2@Polish_Knight i was getting the same error, but after i uninstalled some mods that i was not using and RE-installing the "Packfile Limit Adjuster" the error disappeared, well kinda of, you see, everytime i launch the game, i have to RE-install the "Packfile Limit Adjuster" beacuse if i don't, the "unable to find pattern #21" error appears. Hope to have helped.
Guys, for some reason if you put the files in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpchristmas2017.rpf It dosen't work
However i discovered that if put the files in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday19ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf (at least at the time im writing this comment) it works
Relating to my last comment, you have to put the files both in mpchristmas2017 and patchday19ng for it to work
