I managed to get it working for me yesterday, and I fixed it by;
Downgrading GTA V to 1.0.994.
Install all the requirements
Install the mod.
When starting GTA V, turn off your internet to prevent updating.
Make sure you name the scripts folder scripts and nothing else. I accidentely named it script and thus it didn't work.
