@JAM102970 I understood why you made this mod. Just offering some potential options. Also, I use mods that make peds wanted and turn on never wanted for my character via a trainer.

@JAM102970 Is it possible instead of all peds running away adding that some peds become angry and possibly attack the players car or the player? Is it also possible that instead of running away they just start walking a little faster?
@NorthernScot Not sure if you're still active in this scene but if so will you make a fire engine, ambulance, and all police vehicles with this color scheme please?
Update: It's quite hilarious to chase down a bounty with my mp freemode bounty hunter character.

Is there a template? Red and black would be cool and I could do it on my own...or I could just edit the red and white one and add it to the file if that's ok.
