so it wasnt your mod or scripthhook net it was just enb i had installed my bad
If you have ENB delete it, with enb installed with this game doesnt start at all if anyone is having problems

looks like a dope mod, but it makes my game go into a infinite loading screen and just makes my screen go frozen in black. not sure if it is your mod or the new scripthookvnightly update
