@SammielT Check that you don't have a commandline.txt in your GTAV folder, or if you do (and use it for other functions) delete "-scOfflineOnly".

Also, make sure you didn't leave GTAV blocked in your Windows Firewall.

@Bilago Nvm, fixed by deleting those two "disabled" files called out by the "Ruh Roh" error (the .disabled files not the actual .dll mod files) and that prevented the error when launching single-player.

    Btw thanks Bilago :)

@Bilago Tried again even though Steam was highlighted orange and I don't have PlayGTAV.exe, but it worked. Twice actually as I exited and reloaded the game whilst tweaking configs. Now I have another problem; when I launch the Mod Manager I am greeted by two errors "RUH ROH" - Cannot Created File that Already Exists (<Mods>/Scripts/AmbulanceMissions.dll.disabled & <mods>/scripts/TruckingMissions.dll.disabled). Both those mods still appear activated in the manager, but when I press Play Singleplayer I get "ERROR STARTING GTAV" - Cannot Create File When That File Already Exists . It was working just fine, so what happened?

Everything is set-up correctly but when I try to launch it says "Must be launched from Steam" and then the Mod Manager stops responding. The Mod Manager is in the Steam GTAV directory, and it has detected the proper installation directory and that the game is the Steam version. It also has detected and loaded all my mods (located in a different directory) and creates the sym links before attempting to launch. This is on the latest version of your Manger (v0.1.5610.14225) and the latest version of Steam GTAV.
