@Namie243 I doubt it.
@Namie243 I removed it because it was total garbage.
It hasn't been updated to support the new weapon yet, so you'll have to manually type it.
A great looker, but a few issues.
-Wheel offset and size are off
-L1, L2, and L4 are too high in polygon count. L1 and L2 don't need an HQ dashboard, door panels, seats, ect. L4 should be reduced to around 500-1,000 polygons. Check a default model for reference on an L4 model. The ytd file is too high and needs proper compression and cleanup. Textures like the "GARMIN" are excessively high and should only be around 256x256. The ytd has some unused textures such as "cvpi_sign_1" which is just a copy of the template. 4096x4096 copies of the body texture should only be included in the +hi.ytd file. 1024x1024 or 2048x2048 resolution should be used on the body texture inside taxi.ytd. A few other textures need resolution changes. Really, no texture should be over 512 except for the body texture. The radio you have included in the cabin is also more-so floating. It's mounted to the cup holder tray which pulls out.
Also, one last thing to note. The little amber coloured light you put on the grille should also be included on the boot. One placed on the front grille and one on the boot lid. If a driver were to switch his light on, cops behind him wouldn't be able to tell the driver is in danger.
@LowRider Customs These should help.
I'm very glad someone has a model of a 4-door Galaxie. There are too many issues, though.
Texture compression is too high. AR8G8B8 should only be used on very small textures or 1-2 important textures. You use it for almost every texture in the .ytd. This will give a massive load on the game when the vehicle is spawned. You can change this easily in OpenIV in a few minutes. There also aren't any LODs to speak of. The model is over 400k polygons which is insanely high for a GTA game. It should be around 150k maximum. LOD models should be included from L0-L4 of vastly reduced copies. Such as, L0 = 100,000. L1 = 30,000. L2 = 12,000. L3 = 4,000, L4 = 500.
In terms of model quality, it looks spectacular. The FORD lettering is a tad too large, though.
@alex20121981 I don't have any light distance problems.
@Masked Oh I'm real terrible at teaching. Rather, keep tuned on that website link. They'll be plenty more helpful than I.
@Masked Right here
If you know your Zmodeler basics, it's not too big of a challenge. Just takes time.
Texture compression is also fully accessible in Open IV for full control.
