for some reason it teleports me to ocean with 3 cops

I have these installed https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/kinkynudes-all-n-one-18
tried replacing it, my game gave an crash error saying "failed to initialize", i replaced it with the original and game started fine
how do you make car thief work? i enabled it and pressed F but my char jsut stands there and doesnt even try breaking into the car
