Lol just a head's up, in the readme there's a small typo, it says <Item>dlcpacks:/11john11_llsiapd_pack/</Item>
(extra L at LSIAPD). Took me a while to figure out why the vehicles didn't show up :D
This is a great mod, adding to the liveliness of the ingame world. Thank you!
