@MrOutlaw1899 That means the game didn't load the new dlc content at all. If you modified the gameconfig file revert it to the new patch file or update it.

@Zackxz If there is no mention in the changelog that you need to update your RampageFiles folder you can keep your current folder.
@Xenokiller Update your update.rpf file and the x64 folders with the dlcpacks
@boiepicgamer It has, you just need to get it out of stealth mode with either the H Key or DPAD Right.
