I figured it out. Some things I'd like to mention, you should add more specified detail to your instructions because following 100% what you said did not work for me, but what else I did that made it work, mind you that even if you think people should know, not everyone does and some are new and you should include the following things, making sure all ASI manager files are installed, Making sure you're in "Edit Mode", Clicking the "Copy to Mods Folder" button after putting the files in both normal section and pc section right under it, and then adding going into "Show in Mods Folder" and doing the same in that section.
Then it worked for me.
Followed instructions word for word and still have same previous loading screens. Its worked for me before but I reset all my files and forgot what I did before to actually make it work.
When I go into the configuration file, there is nothing to turn off "-- B - if you're not inside a vehicle you will walk up to the vehicle closest to you, open a door to a free seat and join as a passenger, but only if it has got a driver. If you're already inside a vehicle you will switch to a new seat each time you press, switching between all seats in the vehicle. If a seat is already taken, you will switch places with the passenger sitting on the seat you're switching to. "
I can't find where to remove the keybindings completely. I play LSPDFR in GTA V and use this but when I click B for a Certain menu to pop up, I'm moved into a different seat. How can I remove it so there is no key at all for that, or any keys.

When I play lspdfr with this and call back up, the cars spawn but they don't move, they stay still. Do you know what could be causing this?
