@waffl7 Alex106's Visual Paradise restores the actual PS3/Xbox360 Weathers while this takes some aspects from them and exaggarates a lot of aspects to look more cinematic during specific hours of the day. While it may not feel like a huge difference at a glance. It becomes more noticable up close.
But feel free to try out whatever one you prefer the most!

@CowKillerNo1 Yeah. Just need to drag them into correct folders/subfolders. If i recall correctly its somewhere in one of the citizen folders

@silentzer14 Hmm thats weird. Try removing Visualsettings.dat first. And use vanilla instead.

@WillyInReno Yes! You just need to know where to put the files. Its usually in one of the citizen folders if i recall.
