Cars will consume no fuel at all for minutes then your tank will suddenly empty itself in seconds. Also refueling doesn't work anymore.
Excellent mod, but it seems the latest version of either GTA or Scripthook broke the consumption feature.
Now all cars have a consumption of 5% no matter how fast I go.

It's not gamebreaking, but all cars are shown to be in reverse gear after the new GTA/Scripthook update. The speedo itself still works.
