@Daimian This is a great update. The on-foot cops bug is fixed and the 300% recognition rate hits a nice balance where I can get away if I need to, but if I'm not careful, I'll be wanted again. Good job!
@Daimian I think for what I was hoping for, an overall adjustment would be enough, as I really just wanted cops to be quicker at reacting to a warrant when they see one. Currently it feels like as long as I don't stop in front of a cop car, they won't recognise me quickly enough (I'm using short 1 min warrants for 1 & 2 stars), while stolen cars are identified immediately, even if I've painted them a different colour.
This is a great mod, but I'd like to see a bit more customisation such as the option to increase/decrease the rate at which cops identify warrants and stolen cars. Also, I'm getting some odd npc behaviour after a warrant expires, where on-foot cops will always walk to the player's position, often bumping the player out of the way to get there.
Honestly one of the best cars to be added into tthe game recently, but what surprised me the most was how much fun it is to drive. Incredible!
Not sure why, but I can't seem to get this thing to install properly. I've added it to dlclist like any other addon and re-imported the files several times to OpenIV and somehow it still won't show up in the game. Oh well, it looked pretty cool.
@Boywond Here's a video of the problem in action: https://youtu.be/hVB-pGs4Ptw
@bloodykills This is not advanced flags - it's more like how the Faction goes beserk whenever you pass over a kerb. It's like the car (sometimes) treats a kerb like it's a brick wall and crashes into or over it. It's especially obvious if you put on Competition or Sport Suspension.
Very cool as usual, but this thing has a very wierd way with kerbs - the wheels just bounce right off them causing some very strange handling behaviour...
Very nice work as always! However, I tried adding these to traffic, and it looks like there's an issue with the textures (these are all screenshots of the same car as it drove around): https://i.imgur.com/1YfNPNT.png . I'm not sure what exactly is causing this, but I noticed the spoiler on the Sultan Wagon in the VWE pack has the same issue.
Great job - looks like it's working perfectly now
