@JIMX This is a great mod, but I think it could use some work.
1. Fixed the armored vehicles (they're a bit weird).
2. Add the ability to disable heists (each one individually).
3. Make MPRespawn only work in missions, not in free-roam mode (this is very useful in gang wars, but not when you get killed by the police and immediately respawn).
4. Create an in-game menu where you can change variables.
This is one of the best mods I've seen here since 2013. Это просто ахуенно!

@JIMX Sorry, I figured out how to make the streets less crowded, but for some reason the phone animation isn't working.
@JIMX Another question: how to reduce the number of gang members on the streets? There are too many of them, and this leads to constant mass clashes.
