Taxi missions only work with the replacer one, right?

@Kpym You maybe have an outdated scripthook or its related tools. try updating it.
@BBHD What exactly do you expect from old 60's tires and lots of power? ':D Install a smooth throttle mod if you can't contol it with keyboard.
It's just a pity that you weren't able to fix the panel gaps... The normals I mean
