    Extract .ydd/.ytd/.yft/.ymt
    ↓
    Open pedselector\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf in OpenIV
    ↓
    Put ped files DIRECTLY in peds.rpf
    ↓
    Open PedSelector.exe
    ↓
    Register exact model basename
    ↓
    Choose streamed/non-streamed correctly
    ↓
    PedSelector manages ap_m.xml in UserMods
    ↓
    Apply/rebuild
    ↓
    Launch game

    how is this nowhere in the front page description?? how are users meant to infer this process??

    not everyone has the time to join your discord to find out how to operate this mod. if multiple people are confused by the workflow, update it! none of this is intuitive, nor are crucial parts explained! i had to dig through your tickets to find out how to install this mod, all this needs is a documentation fix, we're not mod creators!
