@Legendshadowace36 idk if you commented on an older version but if you are speaking about 1.2b you are incorrect. I thought the same as you, but if you pay close attention they do move, problem is camera barely slows down right b4 it hits person so it's hard to notice
Do cars that you steal have random amounts of fuel or are they all topped off? I want a realism mod with included mods: gas mod, crash realism, any other suggestions guys? I would love to see a mod where cops will start chasing you if you run a red light. GTA5: Nightmare!

AFTER TRYING AND TRYING I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MAKE THIS WORK BY SWITCHING RIFLES, BEFORE I DID THIS IT SIMPLY WOULD NOT WORK.
